By placing an order, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this online store.

if you are under 18 years old, you must get permission from your parent or guardian before you place an order.

The Dinosaur Circus is not responsible for any delays in postage OR in international customs. 

If you are placing an order for a birthday or Christmas present, please do so well in advance in order to beat the Christmas rush/postal delays.

The Dinosaur Circus is not  responsible for customs fees or costs that may be incurred by shipping an item to your country.

The Dinosaur Circus is not  esponsible for loss, damage or any happenings to your parcel once it has left the workshop, none of which will qualify you for a refund.

Photos of the inside, contents and outside of each outgoing parcel are taken for insurance purposes.

In the event a case of loss or damage must be opened with Royal Mail or UPS, please help by providing images of your parcel.

The Dinosaur Circus does not reimburse shipping for returns and refunds for returned packages or packages that have been marked "refused by customs"
